Whole grilled and flaming chicken with tastes from the oriental rich spices. Served on a bed of sweet cabbage.
Kapitelhusgården’s own sausage (with lamb or vegetarian) – 225 kr
Together with Gotland’s best sausage maker we have collaborated to make a sausage based on lamb meat or a vegetarian gran with spices based on medieval recipes. Served with bread, local mustard, baked beat and caramelized onions.
Lamb stew – 255 kr
Our Gotlandic chef’s special pride is this magnificent lamb stew served with bread and roasted vegetables.

Elderflower pudding – 98 kr
The sweet taste of elderflowers was presented to us from the 14’th century cookbook Forme of Curye. Here’s our take on an elderflower pudding with fresh taste of lime served with raspberry sauce.
Saffron pancake – 140 kr
When visiting Gotland you have to try the local speciality – the saffron pancake. Enjoyed with whipped cream and the local berry salmbär.
